People sometimes ask why I lead with being an LGBTQ+-friendly Realtor in Richmond — whether it's just marketing. It isn't. It's the whole reason I do this work the way I do.
I'm Steve — a Richmond native, a REALTOR® with River Fox Realty, and openly gay. My husband and I built our life right here in RVA, so I know firsthand how much it matters to feel genuinely welcome when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life. Buying or selling a home can leave anyone feeling a little exposed — you're handing over your finances, your plans, sometimes your whole story. Everyone deserves an agent who's unmistakably in their corner.
